Hostel tại Tỉnh Małopolskie

"The room was average. The staff wasn't available at all. Even they didn't leave the keys for us, we had to call them many times and they weren't answering our calls. Terrible service."

"受付の時スタッフさんがとても親切で嬉しかったです。清潔でぐっすり眠れました。"

"The staff were friendly and helpful but overall the stay was less comfortable than I expected. There was no regular room cleaning, towel replacement or trash collection during my stay unless I specifically requested it. The room also felt quite cramped and smaller than it looked in the photos. The fridge made a noticeable humming noise at night, and the walls were quite thin, so noise sometimes disturbed my sleep. I also had an issue with the hot water. "Very good"

"Chambre double propre, emplacement excellent, très proche de la grande place. Beaucoup d’étudiants, jeunes, un peu de bruit dans la cuisine mais ils arrêtent tôt et ce n’est pas gênant. Cuisine au fin du couloir pratique pour manger ou boire un café (fourni). Le personnel est comme un peu partout, froid mais poli. Idéal pour un budget serré, l’expérience est bonne."

"Pulito Bagno privato ma non in camera come descritto "

"I'd really like my stay in the hostel. Before arrival staff send me all information for self check in and it's really helpful, because I've arrived really late. Room was clean and comfortable (beds has curtains) Good kitchen Close to the main bus and train station Right in the Old Town of Krakov."

"Their payment system was not working, I was not able to pay through Expedia and receive the discount that I had. For the price I paid, towels were not even included nor shower gels, I had to pay extra to rent some old looking rags. The breakfast was cereal and milk. They also had some cheap bread and jam. Really disappointed in the quality of this hostel considering the price I paid. The only bonus was the location. Would not return!"

"What an amazing little find! A superbly presented property with everything you could possibly need, at a very decent rate. Regular bus services to airport and city centre. Nearby shops less than a mile away. Quiet countryside location, some might find air traffic a bit noisy but I didn't mind it at all. Clear check-in instructions. Great range of breakfast food. A very friendly cat lives close by and will wait to be let in. Recommend the woodland walks nearby up the hill behind, to the monument...
