"We were there September 12 for 7 days. Our air conditioner didn’t work moved us to a second room was filled with bugs biting me. They came and sprayed the room twice did not get rid of the bugs. I had bites all over my body. The large pool was closed due to renovations, and the restaurant was closed ..."
