"We had a wonderful stay at Wirtshaus Nattererboden. It is truly a one of a kind property and our family highly recommends it. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent and, although it is tucked away from city noise and lights of Innsbruck, it is a very easy and short drive into the city. "First the positives, nice hotel, wonderful view (if you book the pricey river view), and very central and close to the old town. On the not so good is the hassle of not being able to park in front of the hotel, so if you're traveling with lots of luggage and kids, this is not the place to stay. Breakfast was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. One staff member at check in was very rude and unable to explain inconsistencies in pricing, which is why we would not return to this place and also...

"The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean. The main concern we had was the absence of communication. There are no staff at the hotel and communication is via a phone. There is a screen to checkin. The issue for us was you needed your booking reference number which eventually found had been sent months earlier and was in junk mail. We were not alone with groups of people struggling with checkin whilst we stood in a queue. It would have been better if an email had been sent 24 hours...

"Great family studio in top floor even comes with views of Dome and Ski-jump. Flat was very clean, with an equipped modern kitchenette. Appreciated the basic goodies like coffee pods and shampoo. Good sheets and bedding, nicely decorated, spacious, good heat and fresh air (ample windows). Excellently close to old town, IF you are good on foot. Expect zero parking, even loading and unloading can get tricky! Bathroom ceiling (and maybe drains?) unfortunately had a smelly mold issue. "

"We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was super nice and gave us a room upgrade as well facing the beautiful mountains view. The hotel is located in a great location. Lots of small cafes and restaurants around. The mamma mia pizza place was one of the best pizzas I’ve had. A small window baklava cafe is must go which is 5 minutes walk away.
The ski resort is worth. The mountains are beautiful to go to on cable car especially if you catch it on a sunny day.
