"The desk manager became angry about the price I paid. I told him to take it up with Hotels.com. The room smelled bad. Chair, Window mattress, bedding, bathroom were filthy. One roll of toilet paper had feces on top. The toilet seat was not bolted down, therefore both my grandson and I almost fell. ..."
