"The hotel was ideally situated close to the airport with its own shuttle service running every half hour but not free for return to the airport. The facilities were excellent especially the pool and sauna. Staff were lovely."

"Staff was friendly at book-in. Our room condition was poor. There was stains from a drink or something on the wall and a blood stained towel in the bathroom. We asked the front desk to sort this for us, which they replied they would send someone up. Waited the whole night and noone was sent up. Beds was comfortable though."

"La limpieza de la habitación es regular, para ser exactos no la hacen. Solo cambian las toallas . El dia que llegamos nos asignaron una habitación sucia y tuvimos que esperar que nos dieran otra pero había mucha gente, ya que había un vuelo cancelado y les dieron vouchers para ese hotel"

"The staff made everything very easy! The accessibility to the bus station and the complimentary shuttle back and forth from the airport were super convenient. The only thing I would have changed is it they had a water filling station. "

"In verband met de vertrektijd van het vliegtuig de nacht ervoor hier geslapen. Je wordt met een pendelbus opgehaald en bij schiphol afgezet. We hadden ons alleen vergist in de Ibis. Dachten dat we hier onze auto gratis konden laten staan, maar dat was alleen bij de andere Ibis. Al met al een prima oplossing voor als je smorgens erg vroeg moet vliegen."

Hotel is spread out in many sections so there is some walking but they do provide wheelchairs for anyone with mobility issues.We enjoyed the fabulous buffet breakfast-so much selection and great value!"

"El lugar es muy limpio, agradable, facil acceso al aeropuerto, pero algunas personas de la recepcion y el restaurant debe mejorar su actitud de servicio. Lamentablemente por estas personas el lugar se califica bajo. Si regresaria sin dudas por el tipo de hotel, pero ojala mejore el servicio de las personas. Gracias saludos "

"Izabela in restaurant area was amazing . What a wonderful human being . Had one issue, my son brought in food and bar tender told us we could eat in bar. We were only people in bar. Then some rude manager came in and told us to leave. Fine . Now no one in your bar. Make sure you are ok same page as workers ."

"Shuttle to airport leaves frequently and on time. Overall an extremely comfortable and organized hotel. Spotlessly clean with spacious, newly furnished rooms. Excellent value. "

"Unglaublich freundliches Personal , hilfsbereit & zuvorkommend !Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, eher sehr „ sachlich „ eingerichtet .Strandblick ist toll! Frühstück ist ausreichend, vielfältig, etwas mühselig wenn man zum Wochenende anstehen muss , aber das Personal ist umso freundlicher und hilfsbereiter ! "

That was really nice :) location is in a quiet spot next to the bus stop within walking distance of May restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when in Haarlem ! "
