And if you sat out in the common area getting food service took a very long time. Some staff were short or unfriendly towards guests. Others very kind and accommodating."

"The biggest problem was our booking information or the hotel did not input it as when we arrived they had no information on us Lucky we had our receipt. They managed to give us a room with some adjusting. Staff were excellent - room needed some attention"
