"Cute hotel about 18 minutes from the Saint Louis Tran station. The breakfast was simple and convenient. There was no AC for April when we went (common in Europe) and they didn’t have a portable fan to give us so our room was very stuffy. We had to open our window a bit to get air but we were facing a street so it was a little noisy. "Good hotel and only a few years old in a nice Location right on bus route, about 15 minutes to central Basel. Some restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Breakfast very good selection and limited food selection at their lounge for lunch/dinner. Microwaves available in common area for use. No fridge in room but there is a coffee station in room. "Sehr, sehr unangenehmer Geruch im gesamten Haus, insbesondere im Zimmer. Das Mobiliar war abgewohnt und teilweise defekt. Die Wände waren schmutzig, das Bad hat nicht dem aktuellen Standard entsprochen. Auf ein Angebot vorher abzureisen, mit anteiliger Erstattung wurde nicht eingegangen, da der Manager dies ablehnte. Insgesamt eine sehr unschöne Erfahrung."

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

"客室は広く清潔で文句ないが、立地が記載されている情報と異なる。Weil am Reim 駅から徒歩25分以上かかり、車以外のアクセスにはおすすめしない。また場所がindustrial area にあり決して環境が良いわけでは無いことは理解して予約することが必要。ただしトラム停留所までは徒歩10分程度で着く。帰りはホテルの人が親切にもトラムの停留所まで車で送ってくれてサービスは良好である。"

"A lovely hotel very (easy walk with bags) close to the railway station and tram stops. Walkable to old town (10-15 minutes) and a good breakfast. The room was modern with the refrigerator stocked with some soft drinks, juice, beer and Prosecco included. Extremely helpful staff who made us dinner recommendations and reservations at a local restaurant 5 minutes from the hotel door. A nice grocery store was also next door where we purchased salads and sandwiches. Would stay again. "

"Booked a room for two adults and one child. When we got to our room, the sofa bed was not made, found a spare duvet and pillow in the cupboard but no sheet. My son just used the duvet to wrap himself. The next day, our room was cleaned, bed was made, but not the sofa bed. We should probably have asked for the sheet but as we were only there for three nights, we didn’t bother. We just took the duvet cover for my son to use it as a sheet.
