"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. Upon checking-in we found the kettle was not working, water heater needs to be switched on an hour and half before...

"Room is fairly large, cleanliness is okay, staff were just average (not what you'd expect from a 4 star and famous chain like Oakwood).
Location is not very convenient except if you want proximity to Gleneagles hospital which is about 1.4km away."
