Khách sạn Kubu Gajah

"とても良い"

"everything is fine."

"Amazing breakfast spread. I think worth the price. Really kind, polite restaurant staff. 5 star level food. Pool, gym, amenities pretty high class. Rooftop view is amazing. We stayed for almost 14 days in total. First leg the room was amazing. Then we went to Johur Bahru for a few days then came back for the last leg of our stay. Unfortunately, for our second leg, the room was NOT GOOD. There were water damaged floorboards, the room had old scratched up furniture, and for a couple days...

"The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory."

"Good food and place "

"Easy to excess nearby places."

"The staff are so nice! And very clean spaces!"

"Need transportation if stay here."

"Stayed there every single time, and this is my third time for this year. Every time is also at level 7. First 2 times was good, but not this round. Believe the housekeeping can do a better job. Hairs on wash basins upon checked-in and stains around shower area. Room was dusty as my sensitive nose keep sneezing, don't think hotels nowadays do vacuum the carpet everyday. I spotted my own hair on the carpet (same spot) for the entire stay."

"everything is ok, nice room, staffs are friendly, wonderful, "

"Excellent all in all, but they kept denying my Grab delivery person entry. 😕"

"More amenities"

"Good location , good service"

"My room is on the M floor. The noise from the machine room is clearly auditable at night. Not a pleasant experience."

"The room was very spacious and comfortable with a great view. Very convenient to the mall without going outside. You can find everything in the mall."
