"Serviceable apartment but a bit dated and noisy."

"The bed duvet had blood and either pee stains on it. Spoke to reception and they changed it. The bar run out of mixers for cocktails. Had trouble with the wifi and was told they were busy. Had trouble getting laundry powder as they thought they were out. Seemed like they were trying to save on giving products out but did tell us to ask if we need anything"

"Everything to do with the property was good all bar the fact we didn't have hot water for three days and we paid more for the sky view not being able to have hot water was very much an inconvenience actually we are requesting a partial refund due to the inconvenience which the istay has agreed to"

"Room was in appearance clean. With a closer look: baseboard and bathroom floor were dusty. Bathroom sink faucet had residual dirty. The inside of the washer was moldy. Overall location, not the greatest."

I stayed for 15 days and wish they at least replenished the coffee/tea bags, soap, cleaning liquid etc. The property has maintenance issues with the toilet flush not working properly and the dishwasher was psychotic - it started flashing red lights and making strange sounds to wake me up! "This property is located centrally to Adelaide markets, pubs and restaurants and Rundle Mall. Price for parking is a little steep and the driveway a bit harrowing."
