"Awesome hotel, very"

"Lighting in the bathroom was very poor. We had an event to go to and preparing hair and make up would be impossible. Front desk was able to send up a light up make up mirror. Was told they only had a few. They need to get on that."

"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"It’s a cute little historic hotel across the street from the American Revolution Museum. Very close to all the historic sites. The bed was extremely comfortable.. we slept the night thru! Shower was nice and warm and very nice. Room temp perfect! Breakfast was ok, but they did have waffles and whipped cream!"

"A wonderful experience. The historic house is elegant, warm, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and carefully outfitted with a mixture of stately antiques and later pieces. The breakfast was truly a surprise with an extensive variety of food and drink. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again. It could not have been better."

Neanche i tappi per le orecchie erano funzionali. Purtroppo i bambini riposavano e noi adulti non potevamo neanche richiedere il cambio stanza. Ovviamente la mattina i manager nessun dispiacere alla consapevolezza del disagio tanto era tutto pagato da un vaucher Expedia del sottoscritto. Ovviamente tutto documentato con video e mail alla...

"The Kimpton Hotel Monaco is an excellent choice while visiting Philladelphia. The hotel was right next to the Independence mall with lots of great historic places to visit. My room had a view of Independence Hall and I loved it. Red Owl Tavern serves a great breakfast and you can enter right from the hotel. Lots of good walking tours in the area. Highly recommend."

"The portal they send you is extensive questioning, It was a lot but I liked that they were careful who they rented to. The spiral staircase is WAY Too easy the bang you head shoulder etc into and should have plastic order covering the metal edges and screws/bolt etc We had a bloody head injuring as a result. Proximity of the dining table made getting around it and the staircase very tight. Issues with the electronic lock several times which left us stranded in the hall twice. It says it’s a...

"Room had some blood stains on the carpet. There were stairs into the room which was odd, and the queen bed was a double. Also the sink has zero counter space, like the bar of soap falls into the sink. Other than that perfect."

"The bar tender was a female that acted as if the guests are bothering her yet there was only 3 of us in the entire bar area and no other guests. It was 10pm in the evening and the bar did not close for another hour. I felt sorry for the one guest that she was mean to. She does not belong in the hospitality business. She moved so slow and was annoyed to be there. I stayed on 6/15/2026 so hopefully management will see this and watch the video of the evening. Otherwise, the property is always so...
