"We can’t faulty anything! The service was impeccable. The staff really goes above and beyond for the customer. A major thanks to the restaurant staff, especially Suelee (not sure about the spelling). And a major thanks to the girls in the spa Reva and Ella, excellent treatments! The rooms were clean, large with a private pool and amazing view. We will definitely be back to this very hotel."

"Loved EVERYTHING about this resort!! We went for our honeymoon! We checked in late (around 8pm), but the staff were still so energized, enthusiastic, and welcoming. "My stay at Sudamala was unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect night's sleep. The hotel's central location made exploring the Senaggigi a breeze, and the delicious food at the restaurant was a fantastic bonus. There is local restaurant across the street along with laundry and a mini mart for snacks. I loved the area and was super glad I chose Senggigi over Kuta "

"Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully designed and a little oasis. Lovely charming staff. Rooms are spotless, minimalist and tasteful. "Stunning hotel! Very large rooms with gorgeous balcony views of the ocean. The infinity pool offers excellent views, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. The only difficulty experienced was with the on-site spa and the inability to access the jacuzzi unless you pay for a very expensive spa treatment. It is also almost impossible to get an appointment if you don’t schedule 2-3 days in advance so we could not access the jacuzzi at all during our stay....

"Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im TIKA Lombok und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Insbesondere Herman, Nirwana und Ivan haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. "We will definitely book this again. Highly recommended. Very quiet idylic resort. We had a stunning 2 bedroom suite with a private pool and garden. There are 2 additional pools too both were excellent. Its a 5 min qaln to a unspoilt idylic beach. Loved the art market and restaurant there too. Service is impeccable!! "
