"Helpful staff."

"Nice location in Chennai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I saw the staff helping a guest pack an art item for shipment! The hotel is near the Phoenix mall which has many shops and restaurants."

"The staff were not responsive to requests. My light flashed on in the night numerous times. The plan had been to sleep well before flight. It was not possible and no response for help."

"Old property but maintained well, room service & reception staff lags a bit in responding. Stayed in this hotel 5 years back, the service quality has worsened."

"Room very comfortable. Loved the bed, incredible sheets. The spa is amazing and I had the best massage of my life. Gym is quite good too. I got frustrated at the main restaurant a couple of times. When ordering à la cart, the food took long and they did not have many drinks I ordered from the menu. Overall I do recommend the hotel"

"Very good location and maintenance"

Also there was an incident that happened to me in the night with a malfunctioning ac unit in the bedroom but no further calls were provided to apologize for the inconvenience from their part. A star hotel like them is expected to do better. They need customer liaisons that address any issues that happen...
