It’s my second time there. Staff is exceptional and I always stay in the garden room. It’s convenient to nearly everything including the Kyoto Museum of Art, Another C (great Restuarant, get a reservation), Nishikki Market, convenience stores, good ramen, cafes, etc. Not cheap, but lots of value.

Lovely hotel in Kyoto. Our garden room was very nice with a modern feel. Staff all very helpful. Happy for us to leave our cases on our last to day and collect later. Very close to metro stations, restaurants and bars. Easy walk to many areas including Nishiki market, Imperial Palace and across the bridge to Yasaka and Sannenzaka. Would definitely stay again.

It was a very nice hotel. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Check in time is 3:00, so don’t expect to check in early. They don’t allow that. We had to pay $84 USD to check in at noon. I would totally stay here again. Had great room on the river.
