"Relaxing rooms with access to the hot springs from 3pm - 10am. The breakfast is beautiful and particularly notable. Would recommend purchasing the breakfast. They also have other amenities worth exploring, the evening soba noodles, ice cream and yakult drinks scattered through the day. They also had a few massage chairs and laundry machines. Washing is free, drying costs 100 yen. Overall would highly recommend"

"Beautiful hotel, room was great and really big compared to other Japanese hotels I stayed in. Great, convenient location."

"This hotel is located in a great area within walking distance to many amenities, temples, and other tourist attractions. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was modern, well-designed, efficient, and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It was my birthday while we were there, and the staff gifted me with beautiful sake cups, which was so very thoughtful and unexpected. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - it was very authentic Japanese style of beds on the floor which we found surprisingly comfortable. The only glitch, which I feel compelled to mention, is the 'smoking' area that is right at the entrance by the main door of the hotel. As soon as you enter the small corridor to walk towards Reception, the smell hits you! Other than that, the hotel was good, rooms were spacious and there were nice amenities supplied. Staff only had limited English, so...

"Excellent"

"As international visitors with several pieces of luggage, we faced difficulties during our journey in Kyoto because the hotel would not store our bags for an extra day after check-out."

"Stayed at Hotel Granvia Kyoto for four nights and loved the location — it's right inside Kyoto Station, so catching trains and the Shinkansen couldn't be easier. The room was comfortable and quiet, check-in was smooth, and having the station's shops and restaurants right downstairs was a real plus. Would happily stay here again on my next trip to Kyoto."

"Good service all around"

"Great stay"

"きれいなところに安く泊まれて非常に満足です。 平日のせいなのかそれとも19時に閉店なのか ホテル内のショップが閉店かお休みでした。 外に歩いて食べるところを探したのですが あまりありませんでした。 少し残念でした。屋上のスカイラウンジは景色がきれいでよかったです"

"ラウンジのサービスが充実していて、楽しく利用させていただきました。朝食もボリュームおかずからサラダ、スイーツまでメニューが豊富でよかったです。"
