"I stayed there with my family. Whole facility was very clean and the traditional japanese room was very new. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The best perk was the large public bath with multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a sauna. Location was in a quiet neighborhood, but still very central and only one stop from Kyoto Station. We travel a lot and this was one of the best stays we ever had. Can definitely recommend staying there and if we ever visit Kyoto again, we will stay there...

"Amazing onsen and staff! The only thing different I would do for next time is not pay for breakfast and eat out since breakfast is only served until 8:30am. Other than that amazing!"

"Stayed here one night to get a Ryokan experience. The owners are extensive and helpful. Our room was bit jaded but was very convenient. Overall property is very conveniently located but could use some upgrade. We didn’t use the onsen but they did have a public bath."
