"Beautiful hotel, exceptional amenities (eg PJs) and friendly helpful staff who spoke fluent English. Our family of 5 stayed in a one bedroom loft apartment. It was so spacious having both a dining and living area, 2 toilets and big bathroom. Our towels were changed on request and we used the laundry downstairs a number of times. "We had a lovely stay here during our time ij Kyoto. It was a central location and less than a 10 minute walk to Kiyomizu dera temple. I really like how we had a small kitchen so that we could make breakfast in the mornings before we headed out. The apartment was very clean and had a good amount of space. The bed was very comfortable. "
