"Clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was on overall very pleasant stay and a good home away from home. We stayed in the deluxe 2 br suite. It had a very nice layout and it was very roomy. The only issue was that the dishwasher didn’t work very well, but we just washed our dishes by hand and used the dishwasher as a drying wrack. Overall, we were very happy with our stay."

"Loved the space, the cleanliness, and kindness of the staff! Housekeeping went above and beyond to provide extra supplies. Front desk staff was also incredible helpful for getting a printout. Parking was super close to the entrance. Our room and the overall space was SO clean, absolutely no complaints! Lovely place to stay! One area of improvement, if I can provide one, is that we wish the on-site cafeteria had more options because it’s pretty much breakfast sandwiches & smoothies."

"This property is a boarding room property - private bedroom, shared bathroom with two other rooms, shared kitchen and living room was very nice. It serves our purpose well as tourists needing a place to sleep and shower."

"The staff was welcoming from the time my sister and I checked in. Our flight arrived early, and check in isn’t till 4 pm. We got to the hotel before 3 pm that afternoon, but the gentleman at the front desk still checked us in. I forgot his name. He mentioned he has a pilot friend who frequents Guam, when I mentioned that my sister and I were from American Samoa— a US territory south of Hawaii. "The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The staff is friendly and we like the location in University City near the center of Philadelphia. The downside? 1) The shower was completely out of body wash so I had to use shampoo since I was already in the shower at that point, and 2) we ran out of Kleenex (there were maybe 4 or 5 tissues in the box).
