"We had a wonderful time at Penn’s View! There were three of us in a room with two queen beds & it felt surprisingly spacious. It’d be nice to get a room with a view the next time we’re here, but there was a sweet view from a window near the elevator that we took advantage of every time we walked by. "Apartment was spacious and the location is super convenient yet quiet. The roof was nice too. There were some things that could be better: for example the shower had the holders for soap and shampoo but no shampoo and no soap. It was also taped to the shower wall. Parking is not the most convenient: in the nearest vicinity mostly 1-3 hour street parking through the evening or you pay for a lot. "If you are planning on modern, then this is not the place for you. However I think it was worth the price I paid. Include their daily parking fee in with your reservation. There is literally no place to park. I think the cars in the free spots are glued in place because they have not moved since my arrival. Kestrel parking is a small space so beware if you drive a large vehicle. The only changes, that could improve the stay for me was nicer towels and a heavier blanket. I will reccomend...

"If you advertise as a hotel you should have someone on call 24/7. Called and left a voicemail around 11 pm and there was no response. Clearly even if you dont want to staff the front desk overnight someone should pick up the phone and answer voicemails."
