"I was really looking forward to stay in this capsule hotel. The concept is great, the location was perfect, the look of the place is modern and inviting. Prices are reasonable and offers good value. However I was disappointed by the fact that there was no air conditioning inside the capsule. There was an air vent. You could control the quantity of air but not the temperature. So it was uncomfortably hot for me at least. I was also surprised that you could not lock the capsule from the inside....

"Our stay at Spark by Hilton Brossard was wonderful. We were there for Grand Prix weekend. The price was more reasonable than downtown and the access to public transit was fantastic. We were a few minute walk away from a public transit hub with access to both bus and light rail and easy transport into downtown Montreal and the race track. "Impeccable"

"It is a long hallway spanning 2 and a half blocks! Not that it was difficult but just be aware! We also landed up on the weekend when the GrandPrix was held so the staff was overworked and didn’t do our rooms one day. But they nicely explained it us. Be aware of the location also, it is away from downtown Montreal. It worked for us but may not be the same for others."

"It was good but what I didn't like about my room was that the shower had no door. It looks like some rooms had showers or tub/shower. The water easily got on the floor. This is only a suggestion not a criticism, but a towel rack or hook near the sink outside the toilet area would be helpful so that you don't have to go back into the toilet area to dry your hands. "Hotel decor was old, needs update, eg glass & stainless tiles applied in and around the elevator was very poorly applied and looks like 70's disco bar. The bathroom shower curtain was so short it was handing 1-2 inches above the tub that it could not contain the shower water. Water spilled on to bathroom floor. Also, the toilet seat size was too small, was not installed properly and kept sliding sliding sideways. Expedia website showed rooms with kitchen and sofa, but after we checked in and...

"The only thing decent about the whole place was the front desk staff. They were excellent and I ordered food from the restaurant and it was good. I didn’t sleep for four nights because there was constant banging, and you could hear people walking above your head. You can hear from your room every time someone opens and closes their door. I didn’t bring my own shampoo and conditioner because every hotel has, their shampoo and their soap was cheap and disgusting. I couldn’t even wash my hair again...
