"I truly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is in a great location, approximately a 15-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, including a wonderful boulangerie that I visited almost every day for its delicious croissants! The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the concierge was especially helpful in recommending great places to eat. My only complaint was that the room was extremely cold, even...

"Hotel was in a great location with many choices of food and restaurants. Its very conveniently located near metro stations and easy to commute anywhere within 10-20 mins. Highly recommend."

"Hotel centrale non nuovo e a mio avviso 3 stelle e non 4 . Colazione servita nella hall e non in sala a parte non adatta ad un 4 stelle ( io non ho fatto colazione ma ho visto ) . A mio avviso hotel che necessita di una ristrutturazione totale . Personale gentile e sorridente ."

"The hotel is well located, between Port Maillot and the Etoile. My room was on an interior courtyard and very quiet. Although small, the room had all necessary amenities and the bathroom was bright and modern. Staff was professional and not overly personal. Carpeting in a few areas appeared stained, but the overall feeling of the hotel was modern and clean. Breakfast was expensive, but many coffee shops and boulangeries close by so petit dejeuner was not an issue. Many of the other hotels...

"The view was incredible but the hotel was run down , I found a centipede on my bed , the issue was there not someone there at the front desk always, it was really disappointing and for what it cost me to stay there !"

"Best hotel!"

"Truly excellent hotel ! We stayed 5 nights. Lots of amenities in the room and at reception area. Our only regret is using the spa only once, since it's such a relaxing activity to end the day. The staff are very helpful and kind. Location is in a quiet area, only a few minutes away from Sacre Coeur, Pigalle, Opera."

"Prefection!"

"Some front desk people were helpful and friendly. He was excellent. Others, not helpful and one not even friendly. Location is ok. It is noisy. U can hear numerous others next door and above. Cleaning seemed to only come around after I had been gone all day to see if I wanted room cleaned. Even though while gone most of the day, I'd left tag on door to please clean. I did like having the mini fridge."
