"I had the best time. Absolutely loves the resort. It was perfect from start to finish. The food was great. It was so so clean. I even met the pleasure to meet the woman who overseas the hotel and makes sure everything is up to par. There was so much to do as far as activities and the shows were great. The entertainment was awesome, especially my shanthy. I definitely will be coming back and I can’t wait. "

"No me gustó la opción de ventas de programas muy insistente , persistente , sin comunicación inicial porque además he era pérdida de tiempo aún diciéndoles nuestra postura inicial bien decidida a “ no aceptarlo”"

"Resort is beautiful. Food is good some restaurants better than others. Room was beautiful with an ocean front view. Staff was very friendly but I believe understaffed. Getting a drink at the pool bar took 20 mins one day. Entertainment needs improvement. Gym needs an updates. Very small for such a big resort. More activities should happen daily instead of only weekends. Beach was beautiful, I booked adults only but had to deal with kids & all that entering a beach lagoon on the adults side. Took away from the exclusive adults only feel. "
