"Grande chambre avec bureau au rez de chauds"

"Me encantó el lugar y la ubicación. Puedes recorrer el centro histórico caminando, también hay una parada de guagua en frente y una de taxi cruzando la plaza."

"The most beautiful hostel I have ever been. So much magic, art and love. The owner is very friendly and helpful with everything you need. Also it's very clean and has everything what you need, from soap to towels, hairdryer, nail clipper and also in the kitchen you can find the basics like coffee and tea. In my room the bed was also very comfy, what I think is super important. I can totally recommend the hostel and will book it again."

"NO VAYAS A ESTE SITIO! ⚠️ Primero que todo hay que tener en cuenta que sin coche es muy peligroso llegar. No solo porque tienes que caminar por carretera sino porque te lleva por lugares sin luz apartados de la civilización. "Stayed in this hotel six times now. The rooms are a good size, very clean. The swimming pool has several sun loungers and the pool is big. The gardens are lovely to sit in. All staff are very friendly and polite. Will most likely return again. Only complaint is no English channels on tv. There are German, Sustrian etc."

"The view is exceptional, the staff extremely friendly, breakfast is fantastic, a very quiet place, excellent to relax and explore the island."

Towels were clean but noticeably old and tattered. On the fourth floor without elevator access so don’t plan on bringing any large bags. No hand towels. Overall clean."

"Very good"

"Great hotel right in the center of the historical area of Santa Cruz. Waking distance to the main bus station - convenient for getting to other parts of the island."

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in – and I have travelled a fair bit. The decor in the public spaces and in the room itself was exquisite. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal in terms of quality and the range of choice. The gardens are magnificent and well tended. Look for the black swans! The spa was amazing. Our package allowed us free use of the spa. If we wanted a specific treatment we paid for it. The spa included two outdoor pools, one...
