"Check-in was confusing since no one at desk and no contact info provided. Others arriving later had same problem. Rooms all need good airing out to clear mouldy smell. Construction on back of property includes hole in shower wall on our room. Wifi was decent. "

"Pros:
- Very kind staff, they really seemed to care about their clients.
- 24/7 check in and services including WhatsApp communication in need of assistance.
- I mentionned to the staff what I had difficulties with (see cons about humidity) but they informed me that there wasn't much they could do to help and couldn't accommodate me with another room at that time. They did clean the room however which was appreciated even though it didn't feel dirty.

"There was no hot water for shower at night. Sheet smells. Terrible experience. Paid for 4 people at Expedia, said the price was only for 2 people. Had to pay extra for another beds. Ridiculous"
