"Tuve recogida del aeropuerto y cuando llegué me di cuenta que era otra dirección, otro alojamiento. Estaban estrenando una segunda localización y la que yo reservé estaba llena pero eso nunca me lo informaron de antemano y es algo desestabilizante tener esa sorpresa llegando a un lugar por primera vez. De igual forma fueron muy atentos y me ayudaron a coordinar la recogida del tour del día siguiente que estaba con la dirección original. Habitación y desayuno muy bien."

"Check-in was confusing since no one at desk and no contact info provided. Others arriving later had same problem. Rooms all need good airing out to clear mouldy smell. Construction on back of property includes hole in shower wall on our room. Wifi was decent. "

"Clean room and open 24 hrs. Showers took a long time to get get hot water. No real outside window in rooms. Good enough for its function."

"Llegábamos a Cusco a las 6 am por lo que pagamos la noche anterior para llegar y tener la habitación lista, les puse un msj indicando esto y me contestaron que extendido y el vuelo se atrasó y llegamos a la 1 pm todavía más tarde y la habitación no estaba lista tuvimos que esperar. No nos pareció para nada si hubiera llegado 6 am hubiese sido peor."

"This place honestly looks like it should be condemned. It was disgusting. The walls are peeling, there were 4 different types of flooring in each room, and the bedding and towels were stiff. I checked for bed bugs because the place looked so bad. I’m happy to report there were none.
