"We loved the overall amenities."

"We had reserved a room with a king size bed but the room was only two double beds. It was late at night and we were tired, and we had just walked up to the third floor because the elevator was out of order. We called the front desk to see if we could change but no one answered, so we just stayed in the room. Had to sleep in separate beds because my husband is very tall (which is why we wanted the king). We also didn’t realize there was a very loud nightclub as part of the property. Fortunately it stopped at 10pm but some of the spring breakers were staying at the hotel so it was noisy off and on through the night. Also didn’t realize there would be an additional resort fee of $45 (for two nights). The iron was broken so we asked for a new one. No coffee in the room which would have been nice. Had to buy it in the lobby (free coffee in the lobby would have been nice). Parking was free, which was appreciated. "

"Dirty rooms ,old outdated stained furniture, no communication on the amenities or about the property, staff limited English besides the front desk, beach was easy to access very close, pool furniture was in very poor condition old outdated"

"Staff was great but for check they did little service all online. I thought the hotel was very nice and clean, beautifully designed. Staff in breakfast area seemed concerned we were trying to just walk in for free breakfast and a little rude. Much better with men. "
