"Do not stay here. The property is under construction. It is so bad at 3.30/4pm when the workers were finishing they were brushing dust off the roof into the common areas. You can’t enter the hotel as it’s all closed down the main entrance lobby with construction cones and workers. There was concrete grinding at the lobby and constant banging. Endless dust everywhere. They had the audacity to charge me $40 a night resort fee - there was no pool it’s closed under construction and terrible $10...

We called the hotel on the way to the airport but of course none of the housekeeping staff had found the hoodie. I know the hotel isn’t responsible for personal items but I fell that we were robbed."

We paid extra for a Corner King Room with a bay + city view but were given a 7th-floor room facing the convention center — no city view, no balcony, and not even a pool view. Every corner room shown online appeared to include a balcony, which felt very misleading.
