"Nice and clean, nice staff and locstion"

"Really lovely apartment in a beautiful place. Views from the complex were breathtaking and the location was perfect to get to Florence, pisa and Siena. Room itself was somewhat basic but very charming and rustic. Kitchen nicely equipped with everything you might need. Special thanks goes to the hosts who were fantastic, gave us a really useful guide to the local area which we made use of multiple times and couldn't do enough to help us. Finally the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious...

"Quiet and comfortable."

"Monica is a very gracious host. We very much enjoyed our stay. The village is also very quaint and within walking distance. We appreciate the hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to the area."

"Le charme de l'endroit, l'attention de l'hôte, le confort, le déjeuner delicieux."

"As a family friendly place we would appreciate having a bigger playground for kids, what you currently offer is nice but very basic and small compared to your other locations in Rome."

"Locanda antica....potrebbe avere il suo fascino e sicuramente luogo caratteristico, ma per me che viaggio per lavoro, non va bene. La prossima volta farò più attenzione. Il parcheggio non è esclusivo ma pubblico e disagievole, questo va detto perché non è chiaro nel sito."

"We were promised a room with valley view but got a room with town view and it couldn't be changed. Also the listing on Expedia mentions a kitchenette which is not accurate as the rooms do not have that. We were offered to free of charge be upgraded to an apartment after the first night, but we decided to just stick with the room. In the end the room was very nice, the windows soundproof so we didn't hear the church bells at all, nor the traffic. Great stay in the end!"

"Clean room; modern design; staff was friendly and helpful; near enough to the duomo and price is reasonable for quality and distance. This is our second time to stay here in 2 years We would stay again. Breakfast is nice - great for €12 pp. has fresh orange juice which is already €4 per glass outside. Parking is free. laundry facilities - 1 washer and 1 dryer and the dryer doesn’t dry as effectively so need to probably run more than once (€4/run)."

"Beautiful room and property"

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). The breakfast was simple and included fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced cheese and cold cut, packages sweets, tea, coffee and water. The owners were...

"Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly."

"Nice room in old part of florence."
