"This is a wonderful hotel and every member of staff we encountered were so pleasant, friendly and professional. They are a credit to their employer. We had a two night stay as we wanted to visit Gibraltar and was able to walk in as it literally is 10 minutes walk to the border. Secure parking in their underground parking was a reasonable €12 per day. The bar prices were really cheap for a nightcap and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in any hotel I have ever stayed anywhere...

"Gorgeous hotel and a lovely stay. The staff were very accommodating and while we did have a problem with our room- a leak from an air con unit- they were not in control of- they were quick to move us to another room. Food was good- with three restaurants to choose from. The gym facilities were excellent and the indoor pool a welcome extra as we visited at the end of October. Mornings could be a bit chilly but the afternoons were beautiful and spent by the outdoor pools. Would recommend."

"The housekeeping was excellent. There was a few problems with plumbing, firstly the sink leaked, then as the week went on the toilet wouldn’t flush,these problems were sorted very quickly, on the day of leaving the tap in the sink came off, we obviously reported it. The ongoing disappointment was the wardrobe didn’t have a hanging space for dresses or long coats,we ended up buying coat hangers and hanging them on pictures around the room"
