"An Unforgettable Stay Exceptional Hospitality! Our stay at CIGNO Mejorada was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and what made it so special was the incredible attention and hospitality of the staff. I especially want to recognize Jordy and Raul, who were absolutely superb! They went above and beyond in every possible way, from their thoughtful attention to the smallest details to their wonderful recommendations that made our time in Mérida even more memorable.

"Everything was Amazing, Señor Raul owner of the Hotel welcome us"

"Really beautiful small hotel in perfect location for city sightseeing. Staff very helpful in organising tours and very good breakfast included. Would definitely return."

"Was excellent in all . Atmosphere, attention , closed to the Merida center . Only problem there no restaurant to eat . Just for breakfast that is amazing also ."

"Beautiful hotel."

"Clean rooms, amazing staff, excellent property. Armando was amazing and catered to our every need. They constantly cleaned throughout the day. This place was a tranquil Oasis in the middle of popping busy Central Merida."
