"The hotel is close to train station. Its clean and decent room size. Front desk very friendly amd helpful. Malwina assisted us with our trip to the Jungfrau region. They have free breakfast too. We stayed here for 4 days. Highly recommended."

Not really what you want when you check into a hotel. Once I finally got hold of a staff member in the property, they were actually very accommodating and gave me an upgrade. All in all, not bad, but I wouldn't stay again given the relative high price and the possibility of having another 'online' disappointment.
