La propia habitación está bastante bien, renovada y la ducha es buena, el desayuno buffet aunque es pequeño está bastante bien y el personal de cafeteria es muy amable. El personal de recepción, a veces inexistente en horas en horas (mañana) en las que supuestamente debería estar alguien y no estaban. El personal de limpieza se limita unicamente a hacer la cama, pero no reponen nada, te tienes que dosificar (jabón, pasta de dientes, tés...) que te dan en tu llegada para todo el tiempo que te alojes. La ubicación en sí del hotel no está mal, pero necesitarás coche para hacer de todo, ya que zonas de restaurantes alrededor es nula, a no ser que quieras darte grandes paseos andando hasta Corralejo.

Es un hotel con mucho encanto. El desayuno algo pobre pero la habitación y las instalaciones están muy nuevas y son muy confortables.

El hotel en sí está muy nuevo, bien adornado, habitaciones y baño muy espaciosos. La ubicación es perfecta para ir a la playa, al comienzo de las dunas, puedes ir andando. Nuestra puntuación no es más alta porque nos decepcionaron varios puntos: - Al reservar la habitación online, indicaba que tenía vistas al "desierto" y nos dieron un bajo con vistas al apartamento de enfrente. La verdad ni nos molestamos en quejarnos porque solo fue para una noche, pero sí me sentí engañada ya que el hotel estaba además casi vacío y considero no está bien vender algo que luego no vas a ofrecer. Antes de alojarnos, leímos un par de comentarios negativos sobre el buffet y habitaciones, al parecer eran problemas ya solventados pero nos encontramos con lo contrario: En el buffet, pudimos ver hormigas andando sobre el jamón york. Y en las habitaciones, tras ducharnos, al salir del baño vimos que el agua se filtraba hacia el dormitorio a través de la mampara que separa baño del dormitorio. Además, comparado con otros hoteles que hemos estado durante nuestra estancia en las islas, las medidas anti covid del buffet dejaban mucho que desear... Todo el mundo se servia su comida con las mismas pinzas para todos... Para una simple noche que estuvimos, nos dio tiempo a decepcionarnos. .

Fantastic hotel with an amazing location!

We stayed at TAO Caleta Mar for 6 nights in December and we had a fantastic time. I would first of all like to recognise the amazing staff who were so friendly and welcoming. We got to know them so well. I would especially like to thank Alvaro who made us feel so welcome the first night for dinner and who was so friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is absolutely spotless and feels brand new. Our apartment was amazing with a beautiful sea view and balcony as well as an additional sunbathing area at the front door. We only had food twice at the hotel, both for breakfast and dinner. The food was amazing and fresh with a fantastic chef! The location of the hotel was amazing being on the doorstep of Corralejo's amazing beach and a short walk to some shops. I would highly recommend TAO Caleta Mar!

Die Aussicht war superschön, direkt auf die Dünen von Corraleyo. Das Hotel ist neu renoviert, es war aber noch nicht alles fertig. Die Mitarbeiter waren Klasse. Extrem frundlic und zuvorkommend. Leider war ich mit der Hygiene und Sauberkeit überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Als ich mein Zimmer betrat, waren überall noch Spuren des Vorgängers. Überall langen noch Haare der Vorgängerin. Im Frühstücksraum waren die Fenster so schmutzig, dass man nicht aufs Meer schauen konnte. Am letzten Tag meines Aufenthaltes, hatte das Hotel ein Hochzeit und erst da wurde geputzt. Hätten Hygiene und Sauberkeit gestimmt, wäre alles gut gewesen.
