The staff was excellent. Everybody made sure you feel good and enjoy your stay. The location was perfect. Easy access to everything. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is esthetically pleasing. Everything is obviously new. Location was great. Hilton Cartagena
This place is nothing like pictures. Its very dated. The pool had missing tiles but staff was replacing and the glue they used stained all of our swimsuits. Hotel thought it would be ok because its not dangerous. Hallways smelled.
