"Lovely apartment in a good location away from the really busy part of Salou. Apartment was very clean, nice kitchen area and bathroom. Pool area and gardens were beautiful, well maintained and always had sun loungers available at any time of the day. Highly recommend these apartments."

"The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. "This property is a scam. I turned up at the property and the security person said that the flat number did not exist. The vendor also charged me £650 deposit and tried to deduct it daily for next next 4 days. I got my credit card company to refund it and put a merchant block on this. Expedia support was very slow, robotic support agents with prepared scripts on repeat. Only decent thing was they gave me some cash key as compensation. Overall, a terrible and stressful experience"

"Good value for money. Rooms felt a bit dated and bedding was awful. No glasses or drinking water provided in rooms. We couldn't get a sea facing room amd got one overlooking the splash park/road, which was quite noisy and not very pleasant. Swimming facilities were good and access to the private beach was nice. Food - very good for a 3* hotel. I've been to many 4* hotels where food was a lot worse, so we were pleasantly surprised."
