"I am submitting this formal complaint regarding my recent experience with Arajet due to excessive flight delays, misleading communication, poor customer service, and unreasonable additional charges during our travel from Santo Domingo to Miami (MIA). "We have stayed at other Secrets Resorts which we loved and expected the same experience. However, we were very disappointed with several things. The drinks at the pool were awful and the staff could have been more friendly. Even the inside bars and restaurants did not know how to make a simple cocktail. The entertainment could use improvement, we only noticed a couple of exercise classes in the pool and a couple of dance lessons during our 5 night stay. All of the activities, music by the pool,...

"The hotel is very very good, we love it, just couple of things that make me put 4 stars instead of 5. First its drinks... no premium ones included and advertised package for it is not available and its $14 per normal drink...They need good bartenders, because nobody know how to make drinks... And second thing is coffee... you can get good one at the bar, but no where else... But otherwise it is a beautiful place with very nice people, very clean and well maintain. Definitely will come back."

Der TV war vorhanden, ging aber nicht.
