"This was the perfect location for our stay in La Spezia. It was about a 3 minute walk from the train station . Less than a minute walk are a market and laundromat which was super convenient. Our host Elisa was the sweetest person who gave us all the tips and best places to eat. She introduced us to our favorite breakfast spot Bjoin which was right underneath the accommodation (highly recommend the salmon toast). Elisa was also really good on updating us on the sea conditions and letting us know if the ferry’s were in service each day. The air conditioning was the strongest one we experienced in Italy. All in all, highly recommend staying here. Thank you Elisa and Simone!"

"I have nothing bad to say about this place, and I am so glad we chose this place! We stayed here for two nights with our teens during our trip. Everything was wonderful from the location, cleanliness, the amenities, well-equipped kitchen, and daily housekeeping (this is a rare service after Covid!). The host lady- I didnt get her name sadly - was very kind. The AC worked great kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The elevator was out of service during our stay. So we had to climb up-and-down to the 3rd floor, however this was not an issue with everything else being wonderful. I would highly recommend this place."

"This stay was everything I needed. The staff was very helpful and considerate. My only advice to travelers is to consider taking a taxi to get there, as the walk from the train station (and vice versa) is about a half hour, mostly uphill."
