"This was a beautiful property and the suite we had was gorgeous. The only issue we had was the washroom shower drain flooded and they did not fix this in time. The shower experience was not great, and the room was not cleaned when asked. They refused my request for a late checkout but one gentleman was very understanding of the situation and allowed us to check out later. This staff saved the review or I would have it 1/2 stars."

"A lovely chique hotel in an excellent location to explore Nice and the surrounding Cote d’Azur region. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. The room was clean, comfortable bed and a good breakfast choice. The hotel is well located for a short walk to the train station, the promenade, shops, the old town and there is a tram stop nearby."

"Stunning room and pleasantly surprised by the amenities and style of the bedroom. However the only downside is that there's no 'lift' and the main entrance of the building are not well maintained and look run down."
