"Lots of Delicious breakfast options but did run out if you didn’t get there early. Rooms were very nice, if a bit small, as is the usual in France. Nice water options to keep in room refrigerator. Very clean. It is located about a 20 minute walk from where you will want to spend your time and you won’t have a view from your room, but if you want those things, you will have to pay up for them. All in all, great hotel for the price."

"This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also. "

Rooms were bigger than expected, clean, smart and the little balcony made the room light & airy, a pleasant surprise. Kettle & hairdryer in rooms. "Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"
