"Slecht onderhouden hotel waar alles erg verouderd is. Onze familiekamer was niet heel schoon met nog haren in het bad en een niet goed werkend toilet. Ook het eten in het restaurant en het ontbijt in de bar is zeer matig en daardoor veel te duur. De minigolf banen zijn in slechte staat. Het zwembad is heel basic al was het water wel schoon."

"Breakfast fresh but coffee was bad. Room. Ice and quiet but bathroom shower not working properly and floor tiles loose. Lovely gardens and good safe parking. I really like this hotel but the refit has been done on the cheap which is disappointing. The bed is less comfortable than before."

All rooms are clean and air-conditioned - great plus - during our stay with +36C day temperature. Beds ( king size) are great with high quality linen/pillows. All utilities/ trims are old and outdated as probably at most appartments/hotels in Troyes - but in OK shape - at least...

"The location was great, the hotel itself was lovely and it was very comfortable. Things I didn’t like were, the toilet in our room was separate from the bathroom but didn’t have any washing facilities so you had to walk from the toilet through the bedroom into the bathroom which was just odd.
