"The best thing about our stay for our family of 6 was that we had a room with a king bed and two queen beds at a reasonable price. (Hard to find usually (our kids were excited that no one had to sleep on a pull-out couch!
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent (better coffee than most hotels). The shower was just average - not a lot of pressure and the bedding could have been better but would definitely stay again as we had a nice stay."

"Went there for family matter and graduation. Check-in process was quite uneventful. In general the hotel is quiet including bedrooms area regardless the maintenance that they were doing that day. We arrived on a Friday of a graduation weekend so it’s pretty busy but everything is in order. The neighbourhood. (Battle Ground) is very quiet and quite safe, although they do lock the main entrance at night.
Room is clean, a/c is very much easy to use without loud noise or broken features....

"Staff was rude. Front desk clerk was not helpful and when trying to check in car was told clerk was sick and wanted to go home and hopefully you can find a spot. We prepaid. Tried to check in hotel key with no front desk clerk. Went downstairs and found a lady making breakfast and I politely asked if I could give her the key she acted as if I was a problem and told me she had to make breakfast in an angry voice. I usually don't give bad reviews but the customer service was absolutely horrible."

"When we got checked in, our room smelled like smoke. When I requested to be moved to a different room, it still had a bad smell to it. I then woke up at 6 am to water dripping from the ceiling. Not to mention, the people above me had their 3 BIG dogs running back and forth until after midnight.
I’ve never had these kinds of issues anywhere so I am honestly in disbelief at the lack of proper maintenance and unprofessionalism. Miserable experience all around and we weren’t offered anything to...
