8.8 trên 10, Xuất sắc, (2.031 nhận xét)
"Never got our room. Had requested early check in and we were at the hotel by 9am. I understand that they were not ready for us then and would have been fine waiting until the 3pm check in. At 2pm they came and told us we had been moved to another hotel because they had a floor that was having air conditioning issues.
They did cover for our stay but wish we had not waited around all day."

NU Hotel Brooklyn1,4 km từ Ga Lafayette Av.
8.4 trên 10, Rất tốt, (1.002 nhận xét)
"The Hotel is well marketed and looks great in the pictures however not what you get as I thought i was getting a Sheraton / Hampton Inn and turned out to be more like a Quality Inn
On a positive note it is a great location and close to all different Subway Lines and has an okay continental breakfast
Unfortunately the staff does not care about their guests and never smile or acknowledge you
The linen and the toilet paper are cheap
The shelf in the bathroom was falling down and the towel rack...
