"The property was in a great quiet area, however it is very ran down to be a Hampton property. I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. It looked likes the original fridge in the room no longer worked so they did replay it but with a bigger version that no longer fit in the designated cabinet so they place it against the wall which was cool, but they didn’t bother to clean the cabinet were the old one was.. you could tell they didn’t even care to clean the elevators, walls, carpet...

"The first room had a fridge that didn’t work so I was moved to 404 and it stunk so bad. There was a moldy stench and I made a request to be moved, but I was told they just fogged it out with freshener. However, it still smelled the same.
Housekeeping went in to clean up and didn’t leave towels, refresh the makeup remover pack and toilet paper."

"This was a decent option. Not the worst, not the best. The upkeep of the hotel could use some improvement. We were on the 2nd floor, and there was an old, stale smell to the property. Also, the floor AC units could use an upgrade. The breakfast was just ok. Other than that, the room was clean overall. Also, no smart TV in the room, so no way to watch Netflix, just cable TV."

"The room is clean and comfortable. It is also very quiet. It is a short drive to find some place to eat or go to the mall. Really loved the heated swimming pool and hot tub next to it. However, it seems that a group of people rented some rooms for the weekend so they could use the pool for a pool party. The pool was overcrowded and we could not use it Saturday. It's also had more noise that Friday night."
