"Personalen i receptionen och frukostrestaurangen/poolrestaurangen var verkligen oengagerade och hade NOLL servicekänsla! Frukosten var ingen höjdare, fick ofta fråga efter saker. Vi ville inte äta på hotellet på kvällen pga personalen och mörk/dyster känsla där inne.
Poolområdet var okej men poolen var inte så ren och som sagt så var personalen inga glädjespridare direkt.
Rummen var inte heller jättefräscht, handdukarna var trådiga längs kanterna och hårblåsen var av förkrigsmodell (men vår...

"Great villa with excellent facilities and beautiful pool. Superb hospitality and facilities. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard every day. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, with something for everyone. The pool area was clean, peaceful, and very comfortable, with plenty of loungers to relax on. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone...

"It was such a beautiful location, I miss it! The room was larger than I expected, and bathroom was spacious and clean. The building and entire space was beautiful. The pool was cool and clean. Breakfast was delicious and more than satisfying, served outside. Staff were friendly and kind. The hammam experience was intense and satisfying, and massage was one of best ever gotten. I would love to go back and stay again!"
