"After reading some negative reviews I was a little worried but Banyan Tree is truly a 5* resort with high level of services. Staff was very friendly, attentive and prompt. Food was very delicious, we tried Safron and Hojo restaurant and the service and food was beyond pur expectations. Breakfast was very delicious too. Room was clean, spacious and well maintained, pool with clean water was checked by pool service daily. The surrounding nature, trees, palms and gardens are very well maintained...

"We arrived at 13:21pm, after checking in, at 13:41pm they asked us to wait for 40 minutes to get the room ready. This was a minus point to the first impression. However, they upgraded the room class (suppose to the busy day) and offered us local drinks and jasmine bracelets which were attached by an orchid that we really enjoyed. The room was surprisingly clean while the toilet was a bit small however. The surrounding environment was stunning to us: beautiful beach infront, immense lakes around...
