"This hotel does not look how it was shown in the picture. Do not get fooled by the pics. Smelly because people smoking and not clean. Rooms were small, crouched, and rusted . Pool is too small has rocky sides and bottom, and not heated. Private beach is really tiny, with no beach feel. Only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to pensacola beach, quiet water beach and resturants."

"This hotel is great. My only concerns are the restrooms near the pool are not handicapped accessible. Also the hotel restaurant has a very limited menu, but that is just my opinion. This facility is awesome."

"The room and the property were great! Super clean and well maintained. Staff at the front desk was excellent. The only thing that was a little off putting was the lady with the long ponytail that immediately accosted me the moment I sat down in a chair by the pool bc I didn’t have my wristband on. She stood over me heavy breathing until I produced it and then told me to keep it where they could see it. Then she kept walking by and kicking pool floats in. "The parking is limited. If you come in late you may havev to park near the entrance not in a space & hope no one back into you. Overall the staff was friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean & well maintained. The only issue was the toilet had dirty residue near the seat hinges. Otherwise the king room was huge & a nice layout."

"IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND."

WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. "
