"This hotel is great. My only concerns are the restrooms near the pool are not handicapped accessible. Also the hotel restaurant has a very limited menu, but that is just my opinion. This facility is awesome."

"This hotel does not look how it was shown in the picture. Do not get fooled by the pics. Smelly because people smoking and not clean. Rooms were small, crouched, and rusted . Pool is too small has rocky sides and bottom, and not heated. Private beach is really tiny, with no beach feel. Only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to pensacola beach, quiet water beach and resturants."

The only thing that was a little off putting was the lady with the long ponytail that immediately accosted me the moment I sat down in a chair by the pool bc I didn’t have my wristband on. "The parking is limited. If you come in late you may havev to park near the entrance not in a space & hope no one back into you. Overall the staff was friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean & well maintained. The only issue was the toilet had dirty residue near the seat hinges. Otherwise the king room was huge & a nice layout."

WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. "Staff were always friendly and professional. My room was very clean and also facing the bay. Parking was not an issue as my brother picked me up every day. We had breakfast the first morning there and staff were friendly, helpful, fabulous! One small detail, though, there were three mysterious hairs in my room, which I'm mitigated with a tissue and the trashcan. My stay, there was perfect."

"We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance."
