Hostel tại Lai Châu

"Pessima esperienza fin dall'inizio, non so se per il periodo in cui siamo stati in visita (dicembre) o proprio per la struttura in sé. Arriviamo, non trovano la nostra prenotazione e dopo alcune difficoltà di comunicazione ci danno comunque una stanza. Capiamo presto il perché: l'ostello era deserto. Posate le valige, scendiamo per la colazione ma ci viene comunicato che da qualche mese, causa i pochi turisti, avevano annullato il servizio (nonostante fosse incluso nella nostra prenotazione)....

"Lovely homestay, conveniently located few minutes away from the village, with amazing views. The family dinner home cooked every night is delicious. Only downside: people were FREEZING and the owners didn't have more blankets. When the entire hostel is super cold, maybe it's a sign to buy more blankets and leave some of them in common areas 😁"

The lady receptionist/owner is charging me 60,000 Vdong. I showed her my reservation and it says there free breakfast. She said NO! Breakfast is not included. She said call your agency. So I look at your customer sevice number but since I am rushing to check out, I put out my credit card and was about to pay her but I said I will...
