Amazing family hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the family driven hotel in Laione. Perfect accommodation for relaxation after hiking in Seiser Alm. Everything was clean and comfortable. Tasty breakfast and amazing wellness area where you can relax and take a bath. Would highly recommend the room with balcony looking towards the pool area.

Beautiful, very well maintained property. Room is modern and clean. No A/C (natural a/c! in the mountains). On-site parking. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very nice breakfast (included). Would have loved to have gone to their sauna but never made it back in time (3pm-8pm)

We had a nice two night stay here while visiting Seceda and the other surrounding Dolomites. The check in process was easy enough although the front desk manager seemed a bit awkward and not too friendly. We appreciated the brand new spa area and saunas, but the Jacuzzi was a little too cold to stay in for too long. The rooms are very big and spacious with the only downside that there didn't seem to be a way to turn down the heating in the rooms, so we had to leave our windows open at night. This would be fine if there were screens on the windows, but there are not and so we had to shoo away some bees that had gotten in. The breakfast was reasonable and convenient. Overall, four stars because I believe there may be nicer hotels for a similar price in the area.

Parfait pour un séjour en couple

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel lors de notre séjour dans la région. La chambre est spacieuse, le petit-déjeuner est très bon avec un large choix malgré que l'hôtel soit petit. Le spa est tout neuf et très propre. C'est très agréable de profiter du spa, du jacuzzi ou du hammam après une journée de randonnée. Notre hôte nous a conseillé des restaurants dans le coin à notre arrivée. Laion et Ortisei sont situés à proximité immédiate de l'hotel (5-10min).

Hotel carino, pulito, posizionato in zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Camere molto grandi. Colazione davvero buona e abbondante, inizia un pochino tardi per i nostri standard (non viene servita prima delle 8). Proprietario gentile e disponibile a dare indicazioni. La spa sembra nuova ed è molto pulita, ottima per rilassarsi. Unica pecca devo dire una telefonata poco cortese con una signora che ad una richiesta di informazioni prima del nostro arrivo ci ha risposto in maniera davvero scortese, ma a parte questo neo devo dire che siamo stati davvero bene.

Si tratta di un piccolo Hotel a conduzione familiare, perfetto per rilassarsi e passare dei bei momenti con la proprio famiglia. Abbiamo preso due doppie, entrambe larghissime e comodissime. I proprietari sono stati sempre gentilissimi e cordiali. La colazione era adeguata al livello dell'Hotel. La SPA piccola ma giusta per passare dei momenti di sano RELAX. Che dire?? Attenzione alle precauzioni COVID

camera grande, piacevole e confortevole con un bel balcone e affaccio sul giardino. Il disappunto nasce dal fatto che tutto il personale incontrato, tranne un cameriere, non indossava la mascherina; durante la colazione, una signora, esce dalla cucina priva di mascherina, senza guanti si ferma a parlare con un altro signore dello staff, anch’egli privo di mascherina, entrambi protesi sul cibo sistemando le pietanze e aiutandosi con le mani, un comportamento che ritengo inaccettabile in un hotel da oltre 150€ a notte e soprattutto in un contesto come questo.
