"Property did not meet our modest expectations: carpet significantly stained and decor run down; septic system smell inside and out; toilet paper can’t be flushed; safety issue with entry stairs at doorways dropping off 3 feet high in front of doors 2 feet outside of door with no warning strip at edge or railings to remind/protect when exiting; no ice machine or coffee. We based our decision to book on ratings posted that no longer apply. No prior notice we would be charged 4% to use credit card."

"Enjoyed my stay. They let us use the facilities before check in. Nice golf course. We stayed in the older part of the hotel. If that matters to you check what you book beforehand. That area is not handicapped accessible."

"No closet, dresser to put our clothes in. room included bed bathroom and mini fridge. "

"Everything was really clean and comfortable. The only suggestion is a black out curtain in the bedroom so car headlights don’t light up the room at night. Also a curtain over the window above the couch so the sun doesn’t reflect in the TV making it impossible to watch from the couch until the sun goes down."

"The place was very clean, and as listed had pretty complete kitchen which we enjoyed. Bedrooms are a bit tight but we managed. Experienced record heat but ac worked great! Good location for visit to Big Bend. We should’ve stayed 2 nights. "
