"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Ayres and both times it has been EXCELLENT!!! The rooms are clean and well-kept. Nothing is broken. The staff is very friendly. When you need something, they are very quick to get it to you (extra towels, blankets, etc.). The pool is warmer than you would expect of an outdoor pool. The breakfast is a good variety. "Our stay was very nice. Alway so peaceful up in big bear. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. I would suggest people have to wear masks when getting food as some have no manners and were coughing. But overall a great trip for my husband and I. "
