1. Hotel Villa Clementina

"Kind of out of the way from town without a car (my fault for not looking carefully at a map!) but the hotel sent someone to pick us up! We were walking the Via Francigena, and while it’s not super close to the main path they showed us a nice easy connecting trail and even printed a map and walked us out to the trailhead! Great breakfast too, lovely place all around."

"For the price the hotel did exactly what it needed to do - allow us to sleep before our flight home in a cute town. Not amazing by any means - just okay. Location is excellent.
The hotel needs renovation and improvements in the aesthetic. The AC didn ’t work, the carpets are old, the bedding rough. The hotel is a bit of a time capsule with a mixed smell of cigarette smoke and fragrance in the hall. Thankfully it was a cool night with no AC. You could also hear people outside and threw the walls...

"We had a wonderful stay at I Casali del Pino. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. The room had everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like quality soaps and toiletries.
The staff were warm, polite, and welcoming, and they spoke English, which made communication easy and our stay even more enjoyable.

Bedden slapen heerlijk.

"Bed was comfy. The only down fall was the night before we got stranded at the train station and found another couple staying at the hotel as well and same thing happened. The girl that was working that night was not helpful until I stayed on the phone with her for 20 mins trying to get her to call a taxi. Ubers kept cancelling on us"
